It's hilarious how He tricked me into giving my faith feet.

Shattering Concrete Ceilings was developed directly out of my pain and frustration regarding my journey through Corporate America as a young Black Woman. Many people know about the glass ceiling that impacts a woman's ability to achieve in the workplace. However, women of color face additional barriers that turn the proverbial glass ceiling into one made of concrete.

I'm proud to announce that I have created a community for minority women to share their experiences, their guidance and their wisdom with the very women who need it the most. Shattering Concrete Ceilings was created to be a resource for Black women in the workplace. We do not often see people that look like us in upper management positions & we have to overcome nearly insurmountable obstacles to achieve. Instead of throwing my hands up and opting out of the process, I have decided to create a platform that encourages us to soar in Corporate America. It is my prayer that you will join the tribe.
